What makes Danda's different?

Danda's started with two friends, Gillian and Morgan, who have shared a love of cooking since they were fourteen. The inspiration for our wood-fired brick chicken came from cooking classes with Danda, Gillian's autistic brother. Our mission goes beyond great food. We're committed to creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent workers and building a kitchen where everyone can thrive. Because we believe the best food is made by happy people, and every kitchen could use a Danda.

Do you use seed oils?

Never. We cook with grass-fed butter and the highest-quality olive oil, always. We source local, seasonal produce whenever possible, which is why our Market Veggies change weekly based on what's freshest.

How do I order?

Preorders are available through Hotplate. Choose your items, select a pickup window, and you're all set.

When do orders open, and when is pickup?

Orders open Wednesday night for Saturday and Sunday pickup. Place your order early to make sure you get your favorites before they sell out.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is at a designated meeting point in East Hampton. The exact location will be shared in your Hotplate order confirmation.
